use as directed, very pure

It does what its supposed to.
The powder doesn't dissolve in water but it will dissolve in rubbing alcohol.
I put a few drops of rubbing alcohol in a cup then I scooped the powder with a q-tip and mixed it. I put it on my gums for 10 seconds and I was able to pull a peice of broken tooth from my gum.
I will never use Oragel ever again after this.

This is a very powerful medication. Use caution

Use alcohol, not water

After a nerve injury to my arm and taking prescribed medication that makes me feel “loopy” or “out of it” this product has been a godsend. Since I do not like taking medicine for pain due to the negative side effects, I mix this in with a thick cream (prefer cream over the lotion) and rub on my arm to remove any pain I may be experiencing. I also use this on my lower back or my knee whenever a little I feel sore after a work out or working out in the yard. Works much better than Ben-Gay or Icy Hot.
